Mission
Established in 1994, PCM Technologies has been
first and foremost a technology solution provider. We are veterans
of the field of computer systems programming, maintenance, and
business consulting. We are knowledgeable about production concerns
that today's businesses face. Our personnel are cross trained in
order to become familiar with customers' installations, in which we
hold meetings during design, deployment phases, and scheduled
maintenance. With our down the hall presence, you always speak with
a live person when you call, rarely will the customer not get a
response or a solution the same day.

All of
our systems are backed by a 1 through 3 year (parts and sometimes
labor) warranty, which we execute ourselves. Replacement parts are
kept in stock at all times. We continue to develop service programs
to support customers using both industry specific and standard
applications in conjunction with maintaining their infrastructure
equipment.
With the changing times and technologies, our company has
continued to grow and mature, maintaining our tradition of premium
computer support, software development, and networking services.
